Information published pursuant to Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), and the EU e-Commerce Directive (2000/31/EC).

Full postal address and tax identification (NIF/NIE) are provided on demand to anyone with a legitimate interest by writing to legal@edinot.pro. This complies with LSSI-CE Art. 10.1(a) — see also AEPD guidance on minimising personal data exposure of sole-trader operators.

edinot.pro is a marketing site for the Edinot desktop application and exposes a public waitlist allowing visitors to request early access to the private beta. No paid service is sold on this Site at this time.

4. Intellectual property

All trademarks, names, logos, illustrations, code and copy displayed on the Site are property of the operator or used under licence. Any reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation, in whole or in part, without express written authorisation, is prohibited and may be prosecuted under Spanish and EU intellectual property law.

5. Applicable law & jurisdiction

Use of the Site is governed by Spanish law and the law of the European Union. For disputes with consumers, EU mandatory consumer-protection rules and the courts of the consumer’s habitual residence apply. For all other disputes the parties submit to the courts of Madrid, Spain.

6. Reporting illegal content

If you believe content hosted on edinot.pro infringes your rights or is otherwise illegal under the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation 2022/2065), please send a substantiated notice to legal@edinot.pro describing the content and the legal basis of your complaint. We will acknowledge valid notices within 5 working days.
