3. Where your data lives

Data is stored on a dedicated server hosted in the European Union (OVHcloud, France) and is never transferred outside the EU. The server runs only software operated by us — no third-party processors, no third-party trackers, no embedded SDKs.

4. Recipients

We do not share, sell or rent your data to anyone. The only external party that may incidentally process your data is the email delivery provider used when we eventually send your invite — we will update this policy with that provider’s name and country before the first email is sent.

5. Cookies & similar technologies

edinot.pro does not set any cookies, does not use local storage and does not embed third-party tracking scripts. The browser may store technical request headers as it does for any website. See our cookie policy for details.

6. Your rights (EU/UK GDPR + LOPDGDD)

You have, free of charge, the right to:

To exercise any of these rights write to legal@edinot.pro. We answer within 30 days. You can also remove yourself from the waitlist instantly by sending a POST request to /api/waitlist/unsubscribe with your email — we’ll add a one-click button to invite emails too.

If you believe we have mishandled your data you can complain to the Spanish supervisory authority Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) or the supervisory authority of your EU/UK country of residence.

7. California (CCPA / CPRA)

Californian residents have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information. To exercise any CCPA right contact legal@edinot.pro.

8. Security

Communication with edinot.pro is encrypted with TLS (Let’s Encrypt). The server is hardened, kept up to date and access is restricted to the operator. We use the principle of data minimisation: we collect only what is needed to operate the waitlist.

9. Children

Edinot is not directed at children under 13 (or under 14 in Spain). Do not submit your email if you are below that age.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be notified via email to existing waitlist members at least 30 days before they take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
