Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the website edinot.pro (the “Site”) and any service offered through it, including the email waitlist (the “Service”). By accessing the Site or submitting the waitlist form you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

The Edinot application itself is distributed separately and has its own end-user licence terms that apply on installation. These Terms do not grant you any licence to the application.

3. Using the waitlist

You agree to:

Submitting a waitlist entry does not entitle you to receive access to the Edinot beta. Invitations are issued at our discretion and in the order we deem appropriate. We may remove your entry at any time without notice if we suspect abuse.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (the “Edinot” name, logo, mascot, copy, illustrations, video, and the source code of the page) is owned by the operator or used under licence. You may view and share links to the Site freely; you may not republish or reproduce its content commercially without prior written permission.

5. No warranty

The Site and the Service are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Site is free from errors.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (for example, liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for damages caused to consumers by defective services under EU consumer-protection rules).

7. Consumers

If you access the Site as a consumer in the EU/UK you keep all statutory rights granted by your local law. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes affecting registered waitlist members will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be brought before the courts of the consumer’s habitual residence in the EU where mandatory consumer protection rules apply, otherwise before the courts of Madrid, Spain. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform .
